Simply press and hold the grey button until the desired level of suction is reached. To release the suction, simply press the red quick release button. 3 velvety soft silicone sleeves in varying sizes accompany the pump to ensure a comfortable fit. To charge, plug in the charger to the back of the pump power source and connect USB to a wall outlet
